all I can say is take a look at that gnarly Steam score it's sporting. Can I offer you a nice big LUL? Even D2 back at the end of the 90's was 60 dollars at release. Yer smoking some good stuff if you truly think it will be cheaper. They could afford (and had the userbase and popularity to leverage) to drop that price down and lure in the stragglers.ĭ4 will be at least 60 dollars on release as well. Blizzard raked in a lot of a dough on it simply for the "name" Diablo being in the title. Please tell me why this game deserves such a steep price?ĭ3 was 60 dollars back when it first went live. Diablo 3 is a lot cheaper Diablo 4 probably will be too. Originally posted by tiamats4esgares:Don't get me wrong, I know a lot of games are worth that. Some very niche mods, some very widely loved by the community. Grim Dawn was also developed with modding in mind, and there are a ton of great mods created by other players. The base game alone is a great experience, the DLCs add a ton of new stuff to play around with and new builds to try out. If you do, and want new maps, loot and new builds to try, buy the DLCs. It is nothing like TL1 or TL2, the builds are limited, the maps are small and repetitive, and very few of the issues the game had in the closed or the open Betas seems to have been addressed. I was in the closed Beta and the Open Beta for T元. This game- all the good stuff is included in the purchase price. But the game is packed full of microtransactions, and to get all of the "good stuff" will cost a small fortune.
